How to escalate a new road to a ferry terminal?

Hi
I am representing a Ferry company that will relocate in 14 days to a completely newly built ferry terminal. The issue is that the road to this new terminal is not on Google Maps yet.
We have tried to add the road several times via Google Maps and contacted support but nothing happens.
Is there a way to escalate this?
