We are managing a business account where +80 locations are verified. We have worked with this account for several years.
All locations have suddenly disappeared.

We are the primary owner of the account and all locations are still verified when searched for.

We have been in touch with GMB support but they do not seem to be able to resolve this.

Any inputs?

Can you give us more details on the business? Are the listings still live on Google?

All listings are still live on Google and the listings still look verified when searched for.

We handle +300 listings for the same company in other countries. There are no issues on these business accounts.

Thanks @JoyHawkins

That's really strange. What is GMB support saying as the reason? Is it a bulk verified account or are you using the agency dashboard?

Indeed. GMB support says it is because the primary owner has removed us from the account or removed the listings from our login. We are the primary owner so that cannot be the case.

The account is bulk verified.

It's hard to say what happened without knowing any of the specifics. Google won't be able to tell you who removed you though. If you were the one to bulk verify the account and you used a branded email, I don't know how this could have happened. If you're an agency who managed to get a bulk account verified, that would explain why you got removed.

We manage multiple locations as well and have experienced the same issue. We have 4 listings that have disappeared from our account. The listings are still active online. The other owners on the listings could not have removed us, because we are the admin on the accounts. We only give managers access to others. Was there a resolution for this issue?

No. Unfortunately not.
We ended up requesting access to each location again. We now have all locations verified again.
We never received an explanation from GMB support.
