The other problem I have is the business address on their business license is not on the pier but at their PO Box. I have bills for advertisements with their address, but they don't exactly need utilities other than fuel from the marina.

This is a bit of a wild one. Someone has taken over this customer's business listing. It does not ask if you are the owner of your business in the listing and if you go into the dashboard it does not offer this listing as a business that is available.

I use a WP layout for my neighborhood pages.. It looks different and set up different than just a normal service page.
