GBP Suspended Under Curious Circumstances. Advice Needed.

I have a Client who I recently got through advanced verification for Google Ads. (Garage Door Repair specialist) A few weird things happened along the way that I need to mention.

1. When Getting the verification completed we determined that a former friend of my client used his address without his knowledge or approval to set up google services ads in his town.
2. Once we figured out that was why they couldn't get verified, we got the other business removed from local services ads, and the process went very smoothly after that. Unfortunately on the local side we took a major hit
3. One day after getting that other company removed, my client's GBP was suspended. (see image
4. I have reviewed everything and everything is on the up and up. I have been doing this for as long as there have been local listings and I do not see anything that would get anyone suspended on my side.
5. I have appealed twice, asked for someone to contact me regarding this and I just got a quick denial for my appeals.
6. I am wondering if the other person is saying that they are a lead aggregator. I know this is not the case, they have 4 employees.

I would love some help/advice on this, I have posted something similar to this on the google support forum, but haven't heard from anyone or anything in well over 24 hours.

Did you happen to get reinstated? I'm having a similar problem right now
