So any thoughts/tips on expanding your pin reach? geo-tagging images with street names? sometimes the area you're not showing up in isn't far enough away to warrant and new location keyword.

I had a home builder client that I had not been able to get in the three pack for 1 year jump to #1 for 3 keywords!!! (he always hovered at position 4-7) Overnight. Unfortunately, he is no longer a client...he got fed up. 99% positive he has not had anyone else working on his SEO so pretty...

What would you recommend in this situation: Client has opened her own real estate office and currently she is the only realtor but will be adding agents in the future. Should i create ONE listing: Agency Name: Realtor Name OR create two listings...one for the agency and the one for the agent.

Cody - that is the size of the image in GMB - so when you view from desktop it looks good...the problem occurs when viewing from mobile or in the knowledge graph - the cover image is displayed but it is just a cropped section of the actual image...I was wondering if there were any way to change...

Does anyone know if it is possible to get the GMB cover photo to render properly on mobile? My client sent me a screenshot from his iphone and only a section of the desktop GMB coverphoto shows. He wants it to fit properly and show is complete logo - not sure how to do that. Thanks!

I just realized that the GMB address is showing correctly on the contact section of the About page in google my business but when i log in and go in to edit information, the address is missing the "S" for South and Avenue is spelled out instead of being abbreviated like it is everywhere else...

Eric - I am logged into the client's GMB account, in the EDIT section. At the very bottom of the page are three links under VIEW YOUR BUSINESS ON GOOGLE. I am clicking the Google Search link when i get the error above. The other two are fine.
