I am in a debate with a colleague and hope someone here can clear up this question:
1) When "claiming" listings on, for instance Yelp, you can create a profile and login but This is NOT the same as claiming the business listing - with the verification call etc.
2) If the NAP for a business is correct, is it still important to claim the business listing and go through the verification process. If you don't do this step, does the citation have as much "power" ?
