Hello Colan, Right, we too did see the Q&A link on the dashboard card but on clicking it, Google was not allowing me to add any new questions as if it had blocked me. I then emailed Google and they said you are only allowed to reply to customer questions and not add questions by yourselves...

NAP Hunter down again! Is there a workaround to get it installed and use it again on Chrome?

Also, try the PiePer extension in Chrome. You will be surprised to see the info it gives on your Google Map listing, including a link to OpenStreet, Apple Maps, and much more.

Has anybody noticed a drop in direct calls reported on GMB insights after adding the call tracking number as primary number? Could the unfamiliarity of the new number cause a drop? Thanks!

Since yesterday evening, i have been getting 500 Server Error intermittently while trying to sign in to GMB accounts. Anybody else experiencing something similar? i am also not able to add new owners to the GMB for some accounts.

Thanks for weighing in Darren. i also noticed that the ExpressUpdate listings for clients subscribed to MOZ Pro are being picked up by the tool every time.

And now MOZ Local is not picking up the ExpUpdate listing if even if there exists one - not sure about the MOZ Pro 'check listing' scan report though.

Of late, i have noticed that the MOZ Local tool is not picking up listings on ExpressUpdate even if a good listing exists on ExpressUpdate.com. Has anybody else been experiencing the same?
