Hey everyone! I have found myself in a bit of a dilemma and could use a hand. Thank you very much in advance!!

So, I am right out of college and manage the online presence of a mid-large sized dental clinic. In order to increase our range of service offerings, we took on a specialist who only does dental implants. He works out of one of our operatories on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and then works out of another practice about 15 miles away on Mondays and Thursdays. The specialist also has his own brand name and marketing materials that are completely separate from either practice that he works out of. As of about a month ago, he had 1 GBP that was pinned at the East side location with the phone number of the West location (super confusing) and he did not even know who created or manages the profile.

The specialist asked for my help to get his online presence in order. My idea was to gain access to the current GBP, optimize for the east side location that it is pinned at, create and optimize separate location pages on his website, and then create and optimize a new listing for the west side location. Both GBPs will share the same name and primary categories, but they will have different phone numbers, website links, location specific descriptions, and service offerings/descriptions. I also made sure that neither GBP overlapped service offerings or categories with the general dentistry practice GBPs that the specialists works out of.

After changing the information on the East side location GBP, I had to reverify using video verification, which was a long process that I finally got to work. Then I went on and created the west side GBP and optimized as much as I could before attempting to take a crack at the video verification process for that office. After scheduling a time to do the verification, meeting everyone there, and explaining exactly what I was attempting to do to the leads and managers over there, I attempted to verify the west side GBP. I went through a similar video-taking process that was accepted at the east side office, but my video would just not upload. I tried little tweaks in my phone settings, in the route of the video, wifi vs cellular data, and I just could not for the life of me get the video to upload after 11 attempts and a couple of hours. The whole process was kind of embarrassing and disappointing, as nobody over there really understood what I was trying to do.

During the whole escapade, after another failed attempt, sometimes a prompt would display the reading "Is this your business" that showed the east side location, I read to press no and continue on, is that the correct move? Do I have to create a location group? Is my idea even possible or against TOS? Was it simply a problem with the video verification? Should I get rid of the branding and just create a service provider profile at the west location? I'm stuck and would love to find a resolution to this problem!

It is also worth noting that when I tried to manually verify the profile through the contact form with Google Support, I reached the "upload a picture of a utility bill" step and couldn't proceed further because the specialist doesn't pay the utilities at either office. Which further complicates things.

Thank you so much for reading and for any help offered, I really really appreciate it.

Thanks for the response!! I made sure that no faces were in it and my recordings were anywhere from a minute and 30 seconds to a minute long. The building is in sort of weird spot within a group of professional buildings and the exterior signage faces the opposite direction of the major road that it is on, so it is difficult to get everything in a short period of time, may have to sacrifice a bit of street view for other components, unless I become a track star for the day!
