1-Star Review Removal & Appeal Denied, Contains Bullying/Harassment Content

Chris Bryson - State Farm Insurance Agent received a 1-star review that I reported for Bullying/Harassment, but the removal was denied by Google Support, and so was the following appeal I submitted. Does anyone have additional advice or know of anything else I can do to get this review removed?
