2 Google profiles, same business, same location.

Hello friends.

I have a question. One of my competitors seems to have two google business profiles, both take you to the same website, and both have different names on Google. One profile sais they are open 24/7 and does not have a current address, while the other profiles takes you to their actual store front location.

I thought this was against Google policies. Am I wrong?

Based on your description it sounds like they probably created a second listing for ranking purposes. But it's hard to say without seeing the listings. If you are unsure you could try reporting one of them with the redressal form.
