Hello everyone,

As mentioned in the title, we have a business with 9 branches (locations) and we use a centralized unified number 9200 for all locations.

As for the number, we cannot use a different number for each branch due to the brand image. Also, there are many large restaurant chains that use a centralized number for all their branches.

The question is, is it better to gather all the locations in one profile or make each location in a separate profile?

Hey Hadi,

You will get the best result if you create a new profile for each branch, especially if they have physical locations. However, you will not be able to use the same telephone number for all of them. If you want all the calls to go to one single number, you can use many different systems to achieve this, such as call forwarding systems or telephone tracking systems. That would help you create each location with a different phone number.

Thanks

I wouldn't say it's necessarily going to work, but my experience operating outside english/EU areas is that things are often less tightly policed. However, you will almost certainly not be able to use bulk verification!

In theory, unless you run into the same agent twice while doing video validations, you should be fine and even then you can probably explain the situation since the agent will be able to directly see that the location is clearly valid and in active use (at least I hope your physical locations are, for your sake lol).
