This is my first time dealing with this issue, does anyone know if there is any way to get past the message:

We are currently updating your account. It will be unavailable for a few hours. If you continue to see this message after a few hours, let us know.

This has been the message when we log into our account. (about 100 locations, all the same brand) It has been over 1 month. The G rep. said they have no idea when it will be completed.
 
I would call support again, maybe you'll get a different person that can tell you more.

But my guess is it's due to multiple listings and multiple locations in the account. That seems to be the type of account that hangs and has not been upgraded yet.
