Actions on Google Listing Changed?

See attached screenshot a Google Places listing dash.

We have 2 listings. I started noticing that it is reporting No actions taken on the 2nd listing. However both are showing up in views.

Why would it do this?

The listing is for a company that has the same phone number and two diff addresses in 2 next two cities. The newer one is the main location now and the older one (on top).

Anyone else see this happen? Or are these not typically accurate?

I wouldn't put too much faith in the analytics on the old Google Places dash. I think it's been kind of busted for some time now and Google isn't putting much effort into fixing it.

However, when the numbers seem wonky it's usually an indicator that something is up, such as a merge or duplicate issue.
