AI Overview Replacing Map Pack - Anyone Else Seen It Yet?

I had seen some rumors but never triggered it myself... I also haven't been able to replicate the SERP result again. I'm flabbergasted as to how a new business (In our case dental practice) can stand a chance if this will be the new normal??? Anyone else seeing theses SERPs? If so, any idea what percentage of the time?

I should have scrolled down further on the screenshot - But it was 1 listing followed by organic results.

I saw it once 2 weeks ago and my agency were at the summary, so I thought I triggered something

This has been live on mobile since last fall and was previously showing on 7% of queries we track. It jumped to 13% in February and I've seen a few reports like this one that say they're seeing it on desktop as well.

Thanks for the info on this Joy! Seems like it'll be one big winner and everyone else will have to rely more on LSA's - Which really suck for dental BTW...
