We've noticed something really strange and frustrating: the NMX panel takes hours to actually show changes that are already visible to visitors. This can be tested in Maps or by opening a private navigation window. So far I've observed this mostly for names. It seems to only affect our agency account. We have separate accounts that are not agency, and this does not seem to happen on them. Logos have a similar, but worse issue: they update instantly even on new profiles in other accounts, but on the agency account, they take forever even for visitors...

Anyone else running into this?
 
I haven't run into this. I checked the GBP Forum and I'm not seeing any reports of anything similar.
