Anyone else seeing this? Google SGE showing up in Search bar

This is a google search i did this morning and found AI Answer button at the top. Click on it and it pops a panel on the right with 5 local businesses instead of 3.
I am not logged into any Google Labs. My business partners in NJ and VA do not see this Red Button yet.

Very similar to the Experiment results I see on my other computer.

Looks like SGE is closer than we think.

Seems like you might have some sort of browser extension - that does not look like SGE.
