Hi, we've come across an issue with a clients' GMB listing:

One of their listings was marked as a duplicate and taken down, and while it was down, another one of their listings would come up in search when you looked for the name of the business and the city, so customers began leaving reviews there. The listing was reinstated after we sent Google photos of the storefront but is not showing up in search. Instead, the other listing is coming up, and customers continue to leave reviews on that listing. Has anyone had experience with this and have any idea how long the reinstated listing will take to show up in search again?

Hi @meganforgey this happens a lot lately. What typically causes this is when the listing gets reinstated, but with a new CID number. Do you record and store your CID numbers? I would check to see if the reinstated listing has a new CID.
