Anyone having luck restoring legitimate GBP reviews that get removed?

We use Grade.Us to monitor reviews, so we can see when Google reviews suddenly disappear. This is a long established GBP, and this week suddenly 14 reviews disappeared!!

I'm so tired of this happening, and even more frustrated that we have no recourse. This is a legit business with legit reviews that have been there for months (even years) and suddenly they disappear.

Anyone having luck getting reviews restored? @Colan Nielsen any tips?
