Hi guys,

Has anyone gone through or is going through the same thing? The appeal we sent immediately after the hard suspension appears as Submitted since August 7. Should I follow up by contacting them?

Google Business Profile Appeals Delayed Over A Week

Google is a bit delayed with its appeal process for Google Business Profiles. Appeals are now taking seven days or longer, some are saying about 15 days, which is much longer than normal.

Yeah, it finally happened. We already have the live profile on the map, now we just need to reinstate the reviews, do you know how long that might take?

FWIW: I'm seeing reinstatements take 3 - 4 weeks!

To add to @Professor M's comment: while reviews generally return automatically within 72 hours there is a bug right now that causes them not to return at all.

If your reviews don't return, take this path (which I recommend for any buggy behaviour):

• Contact support: "https://support.google.com/business/gethelp"
• Support is generally pretty useless for fleeting bugs that come and go, but you'll get a Case ID
• Once your support thread hits a dead end, create a thread in the Community Forum: "https://support.google.com/business/thread/new"
• Provide details for the issue and the Case ID

Thanks for your suggestion Stefan. Yes I will definitely keep that in mind, although for this profile everything is OK.

It is true, it happened to 2 of my clients in the last 2 weeks...
