appeals page; Continue button greyed out

I am on the Appeals submission and staus page and I select my profile but the Continue button is greyed out. Why?

@coppaz - You can only use the appeals tool once for each suspension. Once you've used it, the "Continue" button is greyed out. That's what's happening here.

The "Details" column in your screenshot indicates that your submission was "Not approved".

The section "Request an additional review to a denied request" in the document "Fix suspended or disabled profiles" describes steps you can take after a denied appeal, including a link to a form you can use for a second submission.
