Hello! I've had a multiple clients express concerns about reviews not posting to GBP after they moved their listing to a physical office address. They have received screenshot confirmation from their customer of leaving a review but it will not populate on their dashboards. They have happened for different industries (home improvement and garage door pros) but have had reviews not fully post Has anyone seen this as well?
 
When you say "after they moved their listing to a physical office address", do you mean you simply made the existing address visible? Or did they actually change addresses?

In this case, they moved from at-home only services (not showing the address) to opening actual offices. So in theory it may be both since their home addresses may have originally been tied to the listing for verification purposes?
