Best method to transfer reviews from one GBP to another

Hello, my client is getting a new location and wants to transfer the reviews from the old one. Which is the best method to do this smoothly with no suspension? Should we create and verify the new one and then submit a request to move the reviews to the new profile, or should we update the address on the profile we want the reviews from? Thank you!
