Best Practices for Managing 70+ Google My Business Profiles Efficiently

Hi everyone,

I'm currently managing around 70 Google My Business (GMB) profiles and I'm looking for the most effective strategies to streamline this process. Handling updates, reviews, posts, and tracking insights across multiple listings can become overwhelming, so I’d love to hear your expert recommendations.

Might be an idea to update your terminology. They stopped being called GMB back in 2021!

Are you a registered as an agent? Can you see all the profiles in your account?

I would like to recommend you create Groups for all of your listings, then you can run updates by group to make the management easier to handle. If your 70+ listings qualify, I would also recommend you contact Google and get Bulk Verified. This will make life easier in the future when adding more properties.
