Bing gaining on search with Google

With the recent changes to Google local algorithm better know as The Pigeon Update and with the recent changes that Bing.com and Apple have done with default operating system, do you think Bing.com or Microsoft is going to gain or make a significant market share in the localized search market??

No. Right now Bing Local is a mess. Their results are spammy in many markets and they offer a lot less to the user than Google's local listings. Bing won't be significant until it stops neglecting it's local platform.
