Bing Places for Business: add Administrator

Anyone know how to add users, Admins, to Bing Places? I just don't see that option.... thank you.

2. In the left-hand sidebar, way down (under "View Listing"), click "Manage Users."

It appears however that this is not available for the whole account (200+ locations) and that I must add users to each individual location?

@hajnasiewicz, sounds that way, unless there is a bulk-user-management option.
