Bulk verification help, locations in group, no Chain option

Anyone with experience with Bulk verification? I am trying to add 40 ATM locations. I've read the guidelines. I uploaded the spreadsheet and the listings are in a group that I am an owner of. I click "verify now" and it only gives me a mail verification option. Any ideas?

I've had an issue with bulk verification in the past and my only solution was to reach out to GMB Help as the mail option did not work for us either. I used this form and they were able to help from there.
