Business Licence Required to be Display on Location Page

Is anyone familiar with states or cities that require businesses to display their business license their websites or location pages?

Can you provide any websites that reference this law or city requirement? I can't find any set list of cities or states that require this, but I've had several clients that ask about it. I am trying to understand which business industries this affects and what are the actual guidelines.

I haven't seen anyone require it on a GMB Location page, but when it comes to Real Estate Brokers, Building Contractors etc, they do post their license information on websites. I believe it's the Real Estate Brokers and Financial places that require it wherever you're providing information - so that would classify as a website in that regard.
