Business name was truncated, change back now or wait for response from redressal form?

Client is in computer repair & service. They filed a DBA to include service & repair in their name back in April and their GBP business name was updated accordingly. This morning we received an email notifying that their name was changed back to not include Service & Repair. A redressal form was immediately submitted with their DBA paperwork attached.

Is it better to wait on changing their GBP name back to include Service & Repair until after we hear back from Support, or do we speed the process along by editing their business name now? TYIA

I would change it back now, don't wait on the redressal form. If it keeps getting reverted, contact support directly. The redressal form likely won't work in this case.

Yeah, the redressal form is for reporting something that is against the guidelines, not a way to fix a listing.
