Question about the redressal form, and getting a GBP closed or deleted. Sadly, in my city, a dog trainer, is charged with animal abuse and killing two dogs during a board and train stay at their home. In the US, citizens are presumed innocent until proven guilty, but I will say the evidence looks really bad.

So, my question is, after a verdict is reached, and if they’re found guilty of the charges, is it possible to report this person’s profile of some sort of illegal activity based on Google’s guidelines? Somehow, I would assume they have to be in violation of the policy. I’m curious how Google handles situations like this? Anybody have experience with this type of situation?

This would not fall under illegal activity. Google would see illegals activity as string up a GBP for prostitution, sexual massages, illegal drug dealing, and things of similar nature. If they are bared from practicing in their state, then that needs to be used when you redress the business.
