On a mobile device, is it not now possible to add a phone number to a Google post? Only web link? A client of mine has asked me this as his option to use a call now has disappeared? We can add a call now on the desktop version of the dashboard Posts.
I am not seeing that as an issue on my end. Does the client have their telephone on the listing and is it not pending review? What is the business category? What type of device are they using and is it the GMB app or did they go directly to the dashboard?
I am using an iPhone and not the app.
