Caller ID Listing the Wrong Business

We are having an issue with our company's information appearing on other businesses' caller IDs. Our business is a secondary business located inside auto mechanics and body shops. It seems like the companies that compile caller ID information are getting confused that there are two businesses with the same address even though they have different names and functions. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

I have had some success with the form below but hoping for some other options.

I have not heard of this issue before. Is this issue specific to a tracking number?

@Rlange, are you using traditional landlines or a voip telephone provider? Can you please share who your phone service provider is? Is it the same provider as the auto/body shop or do you get a totally separate bill?
