Can a non-Primary Owner do Verification?

Client is very non-techy, I have no confidence she can pull off video verification, not sure her phone is even able, lol. She's local to me and I'm an owner on the profile. I've never had to verify for someone else, but does it have to be the Primary Owner?

You do not need to be a Primary Owner, anyone on the listing can do the verification including managers.
