Hi SEO fam,

I have a client that is a landscaper in Texas. He is currently expanding his service area and own about 3 homes in different locations. As a result, he also wants to expand his service area. currently, he has his google business profile hidden but is seeing that a competitor in the area has 3 locations and would like to do the same. What do you guys think? can this be achieved?

Solution
If he's legitimately operating out of 3 locations and has the signage to prove it, than that should be fine. Lots of service area businesses like carpet cleaners, plumbers, etc have franchises that each have their own GBP as a SAB.

But I think it's different for SABs that are franchises, which are typically given territorial rights. If you're just one company, an SAB is supposed to have only one listing. At least that's how it used to be. How far away are the different homes from each other?

If he wants to show the address and have 3 different listings, he'll need to establish evidence that customers can visit each office in person, signage, etc.
