Can I get GBP 'review us' link without being an owner/manager of the profile?

I'm looking for how to get a link with the same functionality as the review link you can get from the GBP 'ask for reviews' tab, but that I can get without being owner/manager.

The goal is to give free scannable 'review me' QR code cards to local businesses as part of my marketing efforts, just a way to introduce myself,

Hi Chris,

I get it from the Place ID Finder, here are the steps:

1. Go to Place ID Finder and search for the GBP in question.
2. Copy the ID
3. Paste the ID at the end of the following URL: https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=ID HERE

Just make sure you test it before sending it and that's all

Hi Chris,

You can search the business on regular search, pull up the knowledge panel and select "Write a Review". Use that URL. You can use a shortening tool to clean it up.
