Can not figure out where to edit the main hours for this profile

I must be making a basic mistake here, what am I missing?

How do I edit the hours for this profile? There is no edit option...

It allows me to add all these extra hours options but I can not see any way to edit the main hours

To be clear, there are main hours set that are showing live on the profile, but I see no way to edit them.

There's a couple ways to edit the hours.
Go to your GBP > look for the icon on the upper left called Edit Profile > scroll down past the Map > look for the section called Business Hours > Hover your mouse over the word Hours and click the pencil icon that appears > Edit your hours.
OR
Go to Google Maps and search your business > click your business when it turns up > Click the link called Suggest an Edit > click Hours > Make the hours change > Save.

Hello, I too have the same issue. The edit pencil tool is not available to update main hours for holiday closure. The Google knowledge base instructions, edit hours link, and edit via Google Maps all do not allow editing regular business hours for holiday closing - not adding special hours. Re-entering regular business hours is an option but makes no sense. Did you find a solution?
