Can't claim an orphaned SAB GBP

Hello, I am not having any luck getting a Service Area Business page reclaimed. The GBP was setup using a defunct gmail that no longer exists. I tried this:
https://www.sterlingsky.ca/claim-a-service-area-business-listing/ but after installing the Pleper extension I cant get that to work to grab the CID. I am also thinking this link is not valid also?

If the GBP has any reviews, click on the reviewer's name, then click on the business name. The Place ID is in the URL.

You need the place Id and not the CID.

You misread the instruction . You need to replace everything after /p/.

That's the second time I see someone casually dropping a banger of an information about SAB access requests on this forum, lol. I've been looking for a way to manually extract Place IDs from Google Maps since I first publicized this link two years ago!

The links are throwing a 403 error. I looked at your client's GBP, and I don't believe they qualify for a GBP. The address on the website is a P.O. Box, and it is designated as a SAB covering the entire US. A SAB can't list a service area over two hours. The business is not registered under this name in the state of Florida. To qualify, they must have an office with signage.
