We recently had one of our clients in the chimney industry have their GBP suspended. We went through all appropriate checks and submitted the reinstamtent form to Google. The response we received back was they needed a utility bill/ business license to proceed. We submitted a utility bill with the companies name and address clearly visible. This is now close to a month ago. We have replied back to the original thread six times now asking for any update from support but receive nothing. Is there anything more my client can do? The have a legitimate physical location and the time off search and maps is really hurting they business in a time of the year that things slow down seasonally anyway, so every missed job really hurts.
