Claiming a business manually on Yellow Pages and Merchant Circle

Has anyone ever manually claimed a business listing on YP and Merchant Circle recently? Wondering if there's any fee involved and the type of verification they would need (phone, video, etc.). TIA

Haven't done so myself in years, but did recently had Whitespark do some citation work and they managed to correct data on both sites. Very reasonable cost and not worth your time figuring out the frustrating process.
