Our agency has used ClickCease for Google Ads click fraud prevention for years. For those that aren't familiar, it's a software that you connect to your website & Google Ads account, which then monitors and blocks the IP addresses of fraudulent clicks (competitors, bots) so they can't continue clicking on your ads. We're having issues (and have been for months) with accounts randomly becoming disconnected, at times having to manually contact ClickCease support just to get an account added, and now even having issues where trying to add new accounts just won't work. This should be a simple process: add code to the website, link Google Ads account, and you're good to go. Most recently their support team suggested that we disconnect & then reconnect all accounts in order to resolve these issues, so we did that, only to be told that it didn't work and each account would need to be manually reconnected - a huge pain and time investment! Basically, it just feels like it should not be this difficult to use the service. When it works & stays connected to our accounts, we like it, but there seem to be never-ending issues now. I know there are plenty of other companies that offer the exact same solution. At this point, we feel like it's worth exploring other options. Any recommendations?

I've no suggestion sorry :/ But I am bumping this thread in case someone else does!

Hey Garrett, I've used ClickCease in the past and it did make me feel warm & fuzzy for a limited time. Now, I don't trust any of it, but I have trust issues lol. Another one I actually liked better (but did same IP blocking...which kinda seems like chasing tails) was PPCProtect, but I think they've either gone away or were acquired and rebranded.

So same, no recommendations here but interested to see thoughts from the gallery.
