Co-ownership invitation emails not being received

I work at Launch Kits, a web design agency. We create GBPs for many of our clients. Usually, after creating the profile, we invite them to co-own the profile, and then transfer primary ownership to them. Earlier this week, I created four new profiles and invited the clients to become owners. NONE of them received the invitation emails. I tried inviting myself (using a different email) and never got the invite. I tried cancelling the invite and re-inviting, and it still didn't work. What's going on here? (Yes, we checked the spam folders.)

We've seen this issue pop up every now and then. Have the client login and visit the page to see if they have a pending invite: Account settings: Your browser is not supported.

If there isn't a pending invite, you could try it the other way around and have the users send a manager request and try it this way: Request ownership of a Business Profile - Google Business Profile Help

If all else fails, contact support as they can likely see what's going on: Sign in - Google Accounts
