Company Spamming GBP With Emoji's - How To Flag Them

I recommend reporting the business via the Business Redressal Complaint Form to try and get Google to remove the emojis. If that does not work, you can bring that Case ID to the Google Business Profile Help Community and post there to see if a PE can help escalate (if it is really violating Google guidelines.)

Thanks @ElizabethRule, actually another member has responded and already fixed the problem. I had previously taken the approach you suggested and had no success with it. I don't know how to close a post. maybe admins can do that.
