Competition business using dirty tricks against my business

Hello,

I think many of you have faced the problem already. My client recently opened a food restaurant but to take it down another competition business gave a 1 star review. I am sure of it. Cause a person cannot dislike all the things at the first place. he gave all the rating 1 star like atmosphere, food, place everything.

Now my question is how I can fight this? I reported the review as a harassment already from the review but isn`t there anything I can do? how can I remove it?

I'm just seeing two 5-star reviews on there. It says there are three, but maybe it already got removed?

Either way, even though you might suspect it is a fake review, I would treat it as a legit one and respond to it accordingly. Its not the 1-star review that counts, but the way you respond to it.

thank you for your response. but checked the business from separate browser but I am seeing all the 3 reviews
