Competitor ranked on a keyword knowledge panel as branded

Hello Guys

i need your help ranking a local keyword that google think it's a brand.
the word is "chioropractor+city" and the KD is low (22)
if i search for chiropractor+city the SERP shows only 1 result without a map, (it shows only the GMB panel of the competitor).

if i add chiropractor+in+city i got my site number 2 in map and that competitor in number 1 and that's great

the competitor domain is "city+chiropractic+center"
my domain is "chiropractor+city"

i have done all the possible optimization with back links to the needed keywords, all going great except that word which google think its a brand.

what details shall i share.

the main problem is that Google search trigger a compititor GMB panel on a normal searh query.
i cant share URL in public for client privacy.
can i DM you with URL ?
