We do not assign any phone number for Google Ads extensions phone in Our GMB listing. But, It takes a phone number by default and that is not our exact phone number also.

It's most likely using the phone number that was used to verify the business. If you are looking to change the number, you can find that info here under "Fix an unverified or disapproved phone number" . However, it will take up to 3 days to update.

Thanks @PKLilikoi . That was not used to verify the business and I removed the number, there is no under review at all.
