Different local pack results on Android phone and iphone

Hi Experts,
I am getting different results when searching for hotels in my area on android/windows phone and iphone.The hotel website that i am managing is seen at the 1st line on android/windows phones' local pack but not seen in iphone's local pack.
Do you know why?Any suggestions for iphones local pack?
