Does 'Request A Booking' work on Apple phones?

I was telling some colleagues about the potential I saw in the Request a Booking feature on GMB, which seems to be available to our UK branches (Post Offices). All excited they looked for this on their iPhones but saw nothing of the sort, yet i can see this clearly on my Android phone. Is this simply not available outside Android?

Hi, it may be helpful if you provided some screen shots of how the GMB page looks on an Android vs iPhone. Also, being on the other side of the pond, I'm not familiar with what type of services that you could book in advance at a Post Office. It would also be helpful to explain what you are wanting to accomplish with the GMB "Request Booking" feature? Is this for your business or a client's? What type of industry is the GMB page that you want the booking feature enabled?
