Does someone uses GBP optimisation softwares

I have just watched a Youtube video promoting such software with 10,000+ users and the cost for top 3 ranking in google maps is 100USD per month. They claim that provide GBP optimisation, website SEO, social media posting, citations and GBP posting, and review system? So how do they do that when my cost is 1000USD and struggling on it with all the additional things I had to do and the video creation? Arent the 3rd party software operating GBP prohibited by Google, or?
Thank you, I am just frustrated how easy and cheap some people present the whole service.

It's almost a scam. They can't promise anything. They will just take your money and do nothing of any value.

I am almost ready to try this. I have asked for a sample GBP to see what have they did, still no answer.

Don't it's a waste of money. Top 3 three ranking on Google Maps doesn't cost $100/month. Maybe a one off payment for initial optimization then everything after that is collecting reviews.

I suspect they will be doing a whole load of fake reviews which could result in a ban. And website SEO, social media posting, citations and GBP posting will not help your GBP ranking.
