Existing location is from another brand

Hello everyone,
the brand that I'm working for has two different store in Berlin, in the KaDeWe mall. Both are currently flagged as duplicated in GMB, and the canonical one is a store from a different brand that has in common the same address, of course.
Have you ever handled similar cases? GMB telephone support is currently suspended due to Covid so I don't know what can I do to get back my stores on GMB
