Extreme drop in ranking Google maps after 03 january 2025 in 80% op the zip codes

Hi,

I am doing local SEO for a client: (locksmith in the Hague (Netherlands) i am optimizing his GMP, and was ranking quite good in the 3pack.
But i noticed u extreme drop in rankings after 03-01-2025

in almost all the nearby zipcodes for the keyword: Slotenmaker den Haag and Locksmith the Hague (see screenshots SEM Rush)Does anyone have a suggestion what can be the reason? I up-date GMB regulary, new / consistence 5 star reviews are coming every day. I respond to all reviews, i write 3 times per week a Googe post, are doing local link building, writing unique hyper local content (landing pages). My competitors are getting less reviews, are doing link building with not relevant backlinks. Do you have a lower autority metrics like: DR / PA /DA etc.Thanks for helping me out.
