Fake Busineess Address on Google my profile

Hi, My name is Peter this is my first time here asking a question. I am asking why an edit I made in Google maps about a locksmith who says he has a shop in a shopping arcade In Bournemouth and shows his address was Fake and the edit was accepted with photo proof has returned a week later. I reported the Business 3 times. The shop address is a resturant. The Business hours show 24 hours but the whole arcade IS closed at 6PM. I reported misleading information today and quickly it came back Not Accepted. Could someone help.
